Johnny Depp and his wife Vanessa Paradis have recorded a song for an upcoming Serge Gainsbourg tribute album.

The couple have covered the Gainsbourg 1971 track 'Ballade De Melody Nelson' for the album From Gainsbourg to Lulu, which has been compiled by the French legend's son Lulu.

Scarlett Johansson earlier recorded a duet with Lulu Gainsbourg for the album, on a new version of 'Bonnie and Clyde'.

Iggy Pop and Rufus Wainwright have also provided covers of 'Initial B.B.' and 'Je Suis Venu Te Dire Que Je M'en Vais' respectively.

Marianne Faithfull and Shane MacGowan also appear on the album, which is out now.
