Yes Please! Quentin Tarantino Wants To Work With Johnny Depp

Quentin Tarantino has revealed that Johnny Depps on his wish list of actors that hed love to work with.

Hed have to prise him away from Tim Burtons clutches, of course, but we reckon a Tarantino and Depp collaboration would be pretty awesome. The pair have apparently chatted about it in the past, so perhaps its not just a movie-lovers pipe dream, after all? We would love to work together, Tarantino told talk show host Charlie Rose.

We've talked about it for years. Not that we get together and talk about it for years, but from time to time. We're obviously fans of each other. It just needs to be the right character. I just need to write the right character that I think Johnny would be the right guy to do it with. And if he agrees, then we'll do it. And then it'll be magical. I haven't written the perfect character for Johnny Depp as of yet. Maybe someday I will, maybe someday I won't. We'll see.

Depp wasnt the only actor who made Quentins wishlist though. The Django Unchained director is also keen to get Meryl Streep starring in one of his films, as well as Michael Caine. In the meantime, whilst he prepares his future movie plans, he can celebrate the fact that Django Unchained looks set to be his most successful movie ever. Thats no mean feat from the man who gave us Pulp Fiction and Reservoir Dogs.
