Johnny Depp talks 'Lone Ranger,' Jack White to contribute the score for the Disney film

The more details that are revealed about Disneys The Lone Ranger the more exciting the film appears.

Johnny Depp, who plays Tonto, revealed the theory behind the makeup, which many speculated as a Marilyn Manson-ish resemblance, at CinemaCon, Tuesday. He explained, Id actually seen a painting by an artist named Kirby Sattler, and looked at the face of this warrior and thought: Thats it. The stripes down the face and across the eyes it seemed to me like you could almost see the separate sections of the individual, if you know what I mean.

The film co-stars the likes of Armie Hammer and Helena Bonham Carter, who starred in Harry Potter, as well as the upcoming film, Dark Shadows, with Johnny Depp. Also, CinemaBlend reports that former White Stripes singer Jack White will be creating the score for the film. White is known for his ability to play multiple instruments and has proven his incredible talent through his recent solo career. His newest album, Blunderbuss, is released this week.

! CinemaBl end notes that this will be Whites first time composing for a movie. Lone Ranger will hit theaters in 2013.
