First look at Johnny Depp as Tonto and Armie Hammer as the Lone Ranger

If you thought the sound of Johnny Depp playing Tonto in the reimagined version of The Lone Ranger, wait 'til you get a load of what he looks like. You can thank Jerry Bruckheimer for this one.

"Tonto and The Lone Ranger Ride Again!" Bruckheimer said in a tweet featuring this photo last week via @BRUCKHEIMERJB. The image also shows Armie Hammer as JohnReid, the silver-shootin' masked man himself. GoreVerbinski's directing the movie, due next year, so we should all just be happy there's no Capt.Jack Sparrow scenes.

Yeah, we're a couple days late with this one, but whaddya want? It's Spring Training time, so we were focused on rounders. Meanwhile, if this is what Johnny Depp looks like, just imagine what Helena Bonham Carter's getup will be.
