Johnny Depp buys UK home

Pirates of the Caribbean actor Johnny Depp has bought a mansion in the UK. The Sun has reported that Depp has bought a 13-bedroom mansion in Norfolk which also features a coach house and stables plus 12 bathrooms.

A source said: "Johnny has been after a English country pad for years. He's looked at a number of places but fell in love with the mansion.

"It's got huge grounds which will offer his family plenty of privacy."

The claim comes as RadarOnline announced at the weekend that his 14-year relationship with partner Vanessa Paradis is in trouble: "People around him are worried about how Johnny is doing because he and Vanessa seem so fractured right now."

However the reports have not been confirmed by the couple's representatives.

Depp, 48 and singer/actress Paradi! s, 39, a re parents to 12-year-old Lily Rose and nine-year-old Jack. The couple met in 1998, when they met on the set of the Roman Polanski thriller, The Ninth Gate.

Speaking about their first meeting in an interview last year, Depp said: "She was wearing a dress with an exposed back and I saw that back and that neck, and then she turned around and I saw those eyes, and - boom! - my life as a single man was done."
