Johnny Depp's movie career in trouble?
Johnny DeppAfter the failure of Dark Shadows at the box office, it appears as though Johnny Depps movie career could be taking a nose dive.
Now, the star; who it seems couldnt put a foot wrong in the industry, looks to have run into difficulties.
His upcoming project The Thin Man' is now in trouble. Having submitted a 64 million budget for the film, it is now reported that Warned Bros. are now less enthusiastic about the venture, following the flop of Dark Shadows and have ceased with the movies pre-production, according to Deadline.
Disney also pulled the plug temporarily, on another venture of Depps, The Lone Ranger, when the 160 million costs were not to their liking and the movie giants are reportedly even less ecstatic about the further costs the projects is said to have since incurred.
The downward slump began for Johnny back in 2011, with the flop of The Rum Diary, which ran up a loss in the region of 15 million.
The stars private life also ran into difficulties recently, when he split from long time partner and mother of his children, Vanessa Paradis after 14 years together.
Lets hope things start to look up for him soon.
