Hicks: Johnny Depp dating Amber Heard?

Remember back in June, when Johnny Depp and partner of 14 years Vanessa Paradis split up, and everyone was saying that Depp was seeing his 26-year-old "The Rum Diary" co-star Amber Heard, who, not so coincidentally, split up with girlfriend Tasya van Ree about the same time?

No, we haven't heard much either.

But apparently, five months later, the two are still seeing each other. The New York Post says the pair was seen getting intimate at AV Nightclub in Los Angeles on Monday night, looking "flirty" and sitting "close, conversing the whole time," according to a source for the publication.

So two people went out to dinner and talked pretty much the whole night? That's weird. I'd think they'd want to sit within a few feet apart and shoot one another texts all night.

So, yeah, sounds like they're still dating. In case anyone was wondering the past five months.

'MODERN FAMILY' ACTRESS REMOVED FROM HOME: Ariel Winter, the 14-year-old actress who plays Alex Dunphy on "Modern Family," has been removed from her home by a judge after hearing allegations of physical and emotional abuse by her mother, according to TMZ.

Court sources allegedly said, after an Oct. 3 hearing, a judge determined the allegations that Ariel was being physically and emotionally abused by her mother Crystal Workman were serious enough to place the actress in a temporary guardianship with her

older sister Shanelle Workman. Crystal Workman was ordered to stay 100 yards away from Ariel.

TMZ also reported that nearly two decades ago, the Department of Children and Family Services also removed Shanelle from Crystal's home based on similar allegations. Law enforcement sources allegedly said Shanelle was in foster care for more than two years and never went back to her mother.

TMZ says there is a false report circulating that Ariel is seeking legal emancipation from her mom so she can be with her boyfriend. The judge set another hearing for Nov. 20.

LINDSAY LOHAN SAYS COPS OUT TO GET HE! R: Lindsay Lohan is telling friends that the cops are out to get her.

Well, isn't that obvious the way they keep not arresting her for those things she says she doesn't do?

According to TMZ, Lohan is still insisting she wasn't driving last June when she -- I mean, her assistant -- crashed Lohan's Porsche into a big rig on the Pacific Coast Highway. Several witnesses have said Lohan was driving.

They must have all been drunk or something.

Authorities allegedly told TMZ earlier this week that they were going to charge Lohan for lying to police over the accident.

But they don't have to, because she says she totally didn't do it, you guys.

Lohan also allegedly says she's "terrified" of going back to jail, especially because Judge Stephanie Sautner made it clear that Lohan would be violating her probation if she breaks the law again. Lohan supposedly says it's totally not fair and stuff because, you know, she's totally been good and stuff since she was put on probation after the last time the cops were out to get her because she borrowed the jewelry from a store without asking.

CARRIE FISHER WANTS TO DO NEW 'STAR WARS': Carrie Fisher says she's in.

TMZ caught Fisher -- aka Princess Leia -- at the Los Angeles airport Tuesday and asked the question America has pondered for nearly three decades: Would she put on the metal space bikini again?

Uh ... whoops. I mean, they asked her if would she enjoy playing Playing Princess Leia Organa in the recently announced "Star Wars Episode 7," which is currently in development at Disney.

"Yes," she said. "Sure. Wouldn't you?"

YES!.

I mean, er, that's great. I'm sure many of the fans will be happy to hear that.

Fisher also said Disney lowballed George Lucas with its $4.05 billion deal to buy Lucasfilm. She said he should have gotten about $500 million more.

Right -- $4.05 billion only goes so far in today's economy. He may have to get a second job.

DONALD TRUMP GOES NUTS: Donald Trump'! s head ne! arly exploded Tuesday night.

It's safe to say The Donald isn't pleased over President Obama's election victory, if his tweets are a good indicator.

"Well, back to the drawing board!" he posted Tuesday night, followed by a series of increasingly disgruntled remarks.

"We can't let this happen. We should march on Washington and stop this travesty," Trump continued. "Our nation is totally divided! Lets fight like hell and stop this great and disgusting injustice! The world is laughing at us. This election is a total sham and a travesty. We are not a democracy!"

Actually, I think the world is really laughing at Trump's hair.

"Our country is now in serious and unprecedented trouble ... like never before," he continued. "Our nation is a once great nation divided! The Electoral College is a disaster for a democracy. Hopefully the House of Representatives can hold our country together for four more years ... stay strong and never give up! House of Representatives shouldn't give anything to Obama unless he terminates Obamacare."

I have a feeling he wasn't ranting against the Electoral College in 2000.

Of course, there was plenty of reaction to Trump's rantings, according to E! News.

"Donald Trump just called for a Revolution. Doesn't like democracy I guess," tweeted actor Mark Ruffalo.

"I'ma run a sedative up to Trump Tower#BRB," added Bravo exec and "Watch What Happens Live" host Andy Cohen.

"Hey Trump, did you see Mitt Romney's concession speech? That's what graciousness and good hair looks like," posted "Modern Family" executive producer Steve Levitan.

Meanwhile, NBC News anchor Brian Williams didn't tweet, but his election coverage comment was tweeted by many, including Levitan: "Donald Trump has driven well past the last exit to relevance and veered into something closer to irresponsible."

And then there was Alec Baldwin, who tweeted: "@realdonaldtrump. You trust the voters when they choose The Apprentice. But not now?"

Trump, who ! repeatedl! y questioned Obama's birth certificate and demanded release of the president's college transcripts during the campaign, hasn't responded personally to his celeb mockers ... yet.

LADY GAGA SNUBS MADONNA: Lady Gaga turned down Madonna's request to duet.

Maybe she thought she was talking about a duel. Nobody in their right mind would fight Madonna.

The two have taken shots at each other in the past, mostly over allegations that Gaga borrow heavily from Madge. According to Billboard, on her current MDMA tour, Madonna includes a snippet of Gaga's "Born This Way" in her rendition of "Express Yourself" -- a heavy wink at the similarity between the two songs. This after Madonna told an ABC interviewer last January that the Gaga composition sounded both familiar and "reductive."

At a recent tour stop in St. Paul, Minn., Madonna said she holds no grudges against Gaga, and had even asked her to join her for a duet, according to the Huffington Post.

"I have the best fans in the whole world. So take that, Lady Gaga!" Madonna told the crowd. "You know, I invited her onstage to sing with me. But, she turned me down. It's OK. I've been rejected before. It builds a little character."

There has been no comment from Gaga on the matter.

Madonna's last North American tour stop is Nov. 20 in Miami, then she takes off for the South American leg of her tour.

KRISTEN STEWART TALKS ROBERT PATTINSON: Kristen Stewart confirmed she's back together with Robert Pattinson ... sort of.

Well, she used the collective word "our," anyway.

The "Twilight" star was on Wednesday's "Today Show" to discuss the soon-to-be-released "Breaking Dawn -- Part 2," and was asked the taboo question.

"Fans follow your life and they want to know, are you back together with Robert Pattinson?" Savannah Guthrie asked Stewart, who hasn't talked about Pattinson much since they reconciled in September after breaking up earlier last summer after she was caught messing around with director Rupert San! ders.

"Funny you mention that," she responded. "I'm just going to let people watch whatever little movie they would like to think our lives are, and keep them guessing, I always say."

OMG. They're TOTALLY back together!

The co-stars never really confirmed their three-year relationship until Stewart released a statement following her affair, saying she "jeopardized the most important thing in my life, the person I love and respect the most, Rob. I love him, I love him, I'm so sorry."

Are we sure she wasn't talking about Rob Zombie, or Rob Redford or someone?
