Paradis has now spoken out about Depp in an interview with The Daily Beast, in which she condemned tabloid rumours about the split.

"I don't sell my private life, and nobody knows the truth or has done a proper journalist's work on that situation," Paradis said of the end of her relationship with Depp.

She went on to explain: "Nowadays, people speculate, but nobody knows! I have my children to protect There are children involved, so it's really no one's business but the family."

Paradis previously commented that she has no qualms about splitting from Depp and is happy with her life.

"I don't have the recipe for happiness, but I think the engine is simply having the desire," she said this past summer. "It's not feeling obliged or forced or repeating yourself."

She has most recently been linked to French millionaire businessman Guy-David Gharbi.
