Johnny Depp joins drag queen tribute act at David Furnish's birthday party
Johnny Depp knows how to enjoy himself
Johnny Depp dropped his cool persona to join a drag queen tribute act at David Furnish's 50th birthday party.
The actor performed a rendition of the Village People's hit YMCA at Elton John's husband's celebration bash.
'Johnny's an actor, he knows how to camp it up,' says a source.
'His Willy Wonka was definitely a bit effeminate.'
Pirates Of The Caribbean actor Johnny, 49, is a bit of a rocker and usually hangs out with the likes of Keith Richards, but he enjoyed the fun routine.
'Chi Chi LaRue was DJ-ing and sent a couple of drag queens to pull Johnny on stage to dance to a YMCA mega mix,' a source tells The Sun.
'He didn't hold back and preserved his rock'n'roll credentials by gripping a glass of whisky.'
