Vanessa Paradis talks about split from Johnny Depp for the first time

Vanessa Paradis, French singer, and Johnny Depps ex after 14 years, addresses their recent break-up by saying, I dont want to talk about him.

It is understandable that Paradis does not want to speak up about the still pretty new split. She and Depp have two children together, Lily-Rose, 13, and Jack, 9, but Paradis believes that the ending of the relationship was the right move.

The Daily Mail reiterates a statement Paradis made while promoting her latest film. She asks, Can you imagine what it feels like to see people making a business out of your pain?

People quotes Paradis going on to say, I dont have the recipe for happiness, but I think the engine is simply having the desire. Its not feeling obliged or forced or repeating yourself. She continued with, I hate, for example, whenever you hear someone say You have to work at being a couple. No, you have to want to be there.

Johnny Depp and Vanessa Paradis had not been seen together in a long while, and with their children old enough to understand and know what they want, Paradis assured later in a statement, I want to be right where I am right now.
